Ouch! every muscle aches this morning!

Last night the Lumens Loonies group undertook the challenge of a 25 miler off-road. From 7.30pm till 12.30am! with only an hour or so in the lovely Rose and Crown pub in Ivinghoe.

Having not ridden since before Christmas and having subsequently engorged oneself with way too much turkey and festive spirit (s!) it was tough at times.

Special note of acknowledgement - Georgie deserves a huge Well Done as it really was a tough ride with at least half a mile of super sticky deep clay and mud! Awesome Achievement Award for sure.

The route took us from LB to Stanbridge, to Dunstable, to Totternhoe, To Eaton Bray, to Edlesborough, to Ivinghoe Aston and then up into Ivinghoe. We returned to LB via the tow path alongside the still frozen Grand Union Canal.
